Online Ordering FAQs

How can I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot your password” link below the login page. A temporary password will then be emailed to you that you can use to log in. Finally, you’ll be able to enter a new password on the app. If you know your current password, go to the “Account or Profile” and then click “Change Password or Password”.

 

How do I delete my credit card?

Go to the “Account or Profile” section, then click “Manage Saved Card or Credit Card” and click the ”X” next to the credit card you wish to remove from your account.

 

Is an account required to order online?

Yes for mobile app. An email address or your Facebook account and phone number will be required for online orders so the restaurant can get in touch with you, if necessary.

 

Why do you need my Email address?

Your email address and phone number is required for online orders to receive details about your online order, changes in your account, and keep you up to date with the latest news, events, and promotions.

 

How can I see my transaction history?

You can view your transaction history through the Taco Palenque App, by selecting “Order History” under the Account section. You will be able to see recent transactions and your Favorite Orders.

 

I’ve placed my order. Now what?

Orders take up to 20 minutes or less to be ready. When you arrive at the selected restaurant, go inside to the “Online Order Pick Up” sign, say your name, and pick up your order.

If you order less than $50 take 20 minutes

If you order $50 to $99 take 30 minutes

If you order $100 to $150 take 45 minutes

Our goal is for our customers to receive the best service and the freshest ingredients. That’s why your food is made when you order it.

 

What happens if I have an issue or question about my order?

Please contact the restaurant directly. Once you select a location, the restaurant information including phone number and address, will be displayed in the bottom of your screen.

 

What’s the minimum or maximum order limit?

There is no minimum amount. However, $150 is the maximum amount you can order on our Mobile App. If you wish to order more than $150, please contact the restaurant by phone and they will be happy to assist you.

 

Can I use PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Wallet to pay for my Taco P orders?

Unfortunately, we only accept credit cards and debit cards.

 

How do I save my Favorite Order? OR What is Favorite Order?

If your order has all your favorite TP item, you will be able to save as “Favorite Order.” This will save your favorite items and save you time next time you want to order.

 

Where can I find my saved Favorite Order?

You can view all saved “Favorite Orders” through the Taco Palenque App, by selecting “Order History” under the Account section. Selected “Favorite Orders” and choose the one you wish to purchase!

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order after I have already submitted it?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you will need to contact the store selected via phone to provide updated order information.

 

I placed a mobile order at the wrong Restaurant. What do I do?

If you placed your Online Order for the wrong location and you have not clicked “Place order”, you can cancel the order without being charged. However, if you have already clicked “Place order”, you will need to go to that Restaurant to pick up your order, or contact the Restaurant where you order to change or cancel order.

 

How do I request a refund for a mobile order?

All refunds must be handled by the restaurant where you placed your order. To process your refund, please contact the restaurant directly.

 

What is the schedule to order online?

You can order at any time in restaurants that are opened 24 hours. For restaurants with a schedule, you can start ordering 1 hour after opening and the last orders are accepted up to 1 hour before closing.

 

I placed an order for pick up, but now I’m running late. What should I do?

To make sure you get the freshest meal possible, we won’t start making your order until you click “Place Order.”

 

When will online ordering be available at my Taco P?

At this time, we are only testing online ordering in Laredo and The Rio Grande Valley with plans to expand to new markets through 2019.

Can I apply discounts, coupons or promotions?

At the moment, you are not able to apply coupons or discounts. However, certain promotional prices will be reflected when you checkout (prices are not reflected on the product itself).
